1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Game Over Escape Rooms and ArenaXVR ("Game Over", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

2. Description of Services

Game Over provides escape room experiences and virtual reality (VR) gaming services at our Plant City, Florida location. Our services include:

• Escape Rooms: Themed, interactive puzzle rooms designed for groups to solve within a set time limit
• ArenaXVR: Virtual reality gaming experiences for individuals and groups
• Online Booking: A reservation system for scheduling experiences
• Gift Cards: Prepaid cards that can be redeemed for our services

3. Booking and Reservations

3.1 Making a Reservation

Reservations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. When making a reservation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information including your name, email address, phone number, and payment details.

3.2 Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. All prices are in US dollars and are subject to applicable taxes.

3.3 Confirmation

Upon successful booking, you will receive a confirmation email with your reservation details. Please review this confirmation carefully and contact us immediately if any information is incorrect.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

4.1 Rescheduling by Customer

You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your scheduled experience time. Rescheduling options include:

• Moving to a different date or time slot
• Changing to a different escape room or VR experience
• Transferring your booking to another person

4.2 Cancellations by Game Over

In the rare event that we must cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, emergency, etc.), we will offer you the option to reschedule at no additional cost to any available date and time of your choosing.

4.3 How to Reschedule

To reschedule your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled time via phone at (813) 707-1220 or email at [email protected]. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

5. Arrival and Participation

5.1 Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled experience time. This allows time for check-in, briefing, and preparation. Late arrivals may result in a shortened experience time, and we cannot guarantee accommodation for groups arriving more than 10 minutes late.

5.2 Age Requirements

• Escape Rooms: Participants under 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Some rooms may have specific age recommendations.
• VR Experiences: Minimum age of 10 years. Participants under 18 must have parental consent.

5.3 Group Size

Each experience has minimum and maximum group size requirements. If your group size changes, please notify us as soon as possible. Additional participants beyond your booking may not be accommodated.

6. Rules and Conduct

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests, you agree to:

• Follow all instructions provided by our staff
• Not use excessive force on props, puzzles, or equipment
• Not climb on furniture or fixtures unless specifically instructed
• Not bring food, drinks, or outside items into the experience rooms
• Not use phones, cameras, or recording devices during the experience (unless permitted)
• Not reveal puzzle solutions or spoilers to other guests
• Treat our staff and other guests with respect
• Not participate while under the influence of alcohol or drugs

We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates these rules without refund.

7. Health and Safety

7.1 Physical Requirements

Our experiences may involve physical activity including standing, walking, bending, and reaching. Please inform us of any physical limitations or health conditions that may affect your participation.

7.2 VR Health Considerations

Virtual reality experiences may cause motion sickness, disorientation, or discomfort in some individuals. If you have a history of seizures, epilepsy, heart conditions, or are pregnant, please consult your physician before participating in VR experiences.

7.3 Claustrophobia and Anxiety

Some escape rooms involve confined spaces or dark environments. If you have claustrophobia or anxiety, please contact us before booking to discuss which experiences may be suitable for you.

8. Liability Waiver

By participating in our experiences, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Participation involves inherent risks including, but not limited to, physical injury, property damage, or emotional distress
• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation
• You release Game Over, its owners, employees, and agents from any liability for injuries or damages arising from your participation
• You are responsible for any damage you cause to our property through negligence or violation of rules

A liability waiver must be signed by all participants (or their legal guardian for minors) before participating in any experience.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Game Over or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Our escape room designs, puzzles, themes, and storylines are proprietary. You agree not to copy, recreate, or share detailed information about our puzzles or solutions.

10. Gift Cards

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Gift cards do not expire
• Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced
• Gift cards can be used for any of our services
• If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount must be paid at the time of booking

11. Photography and Recording

We may take photographs or videos of guests during their experience for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in our marketing materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform our staff before your experience begins.

Personal photography and recording devices are not permitted during escape room experiences to preserve the mystery for future guests.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GAME OVER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES OR WEBSITE.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific experience giving rise to the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Game Over, its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of our services.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hillsborough County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
